Our History

TECH XANH Engineering Co., Ltd was established with a clear objective: to deliver reliable, performance-driven engineering solutions for industrial facilities, critical environments, and technically demanding projects in Vietnam.

Built upon strong practical engineering expertise, TECH XANH is supported by a technical team with over 20 years of combined experience in HVAC systems, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), cleanroom performance verification, and industrial facility support.
From the beginning, the company has focused on specialized engineering services that bridge the gap between system installation and actual operational performance. Our approach is driven by technical accuracy, systematic methodologies, practical field expertise, and performance-oriented engineering solutions.

2020s

In 2022, TECH XANH was established in Vietnam by a team of engineers and industry professionals with more than 15 years of practical experience in HVAC systems, Testing & Commissioning, and performance-driven engineering services. The founding team recognized the increasing demand for reliable, technically rigorous, and performance-focused engineering solutions that meet international standards while supporting the rapid growth of high-performance industrial and commercial facilities in Vietnam. From the beginning, TECH XANH has focused on delivering engineering integrity, system performance optimization, and long-term operational reliability — supporting clients across industrial plants, cleanrooms, commercial buildings, and mission-critical facilities.

1990s

In 1992, Commtech Ltd relocated from the UK to the Far East, changing its name to Commtech Asia in the process. In 1999, the company opened its first office in Hong Kong and has since expanded across the entire region.

2000-2010’s

During this decade, in addition to expanding to cities such as Japan, Singapore and Australia, Commtech Asia was acquired by an international construction group, starting a new chapter in the company’s history. We also enlarged our territory by registering in South Korea.

2021-Present

During the current decade, Commtech Asia has expanded further in Asia, opening offices in Mainland China, The Philippines, Chinese Taipei (Taiwan), Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.

In 2021 the Cathexis Group acquired a majority stake in Logi-tek (UK) who would work with Commtech Asia to create a global commissioning and technical services business.

Commtech Asia and Logi-tek (UK) began to trade under a common brand, Sygna, operated as 2 regions, APAC and EMEA.

In late 2023, a strategic decision was taken to focus on our respective regions, and continue to provide unparalleled services to our clients in EMEA and APAC. As part of this strategic refocus the APAC operation will be reverting back to its original name, Commtech Asia, a name with a long history, widely recognized in the APAC region.

In 2024,  we concluded a successful Management Buy Out (MBO) of Commtech (Asia) Ltd from our previous owners, marking a significant milestone in our journey. This new chapter empowers us with greater operational flexibility, enabling us to foster emerging talents and cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit within our organization.
