Oversized equipment is one of the most common and most expensive faults we encounter. A chiller or air handler chosen with generous safety margins on top of an already conservative design will spend most of its life at part load, cycling, running outside its efficient range and wearing faster than the schedule predicts. Tech Xanh sizes and supplies equipment against measured or carefully derived load rather than accumulated margin.
Where an existing system is being replaced or extended, we measure the current load profile first — actual flow, delta-T, operating hours and the shape of demand across a working week. Where the facility is new, we review the design assumptions for the margins that have been added at each stage and identify where they compound. The equipment is then selected for the load it will see for most of the year, with the peak condition handled by staging rather than by a single oversized unit.
Air handling and fan coil units, chillers and pumps, terminal units, dampers, control valves and actuators, filtration, and measurement instrumentation. Selection considers part-load efficiency, turndown, serviceability in the actual plant room, spare-parts availability in Vietnam, and how the unit will behave under the control strategy it will be given.
Equipment supply is only useful if the installed result performs. Supply scopes are closed out with the same testing and commissioning discipline as the rest of our work: measured duty against selection, control response verified, and a documented final condition handed to the operations team.
Where a client prefers to procure equipment directly, we can act on the selection and verification side only, and state that boundary in the handover record.
