The most sustainable kilowatt is the one a building never needs. Before recommending new plant, renewable input or recovery equipment, Tech Xanh measures how much of the existing capacity is being wasted through imbalance, over-pressurisation, simultaneous heating and cooling, or excessive outdoor air. In many facilities that exercise alone reduces load enough to change what equipment is required.
In industrial and commercial buildings in Vietnam, the largest recoverable losses are usually in three places: outdoor air treated far beyond what occupancy requires; distribution systems that force fans and pumps to work against their own throttling; and process or comfort systems running at full duty during periods of low demand. These are measurable, and they are correctable without replacing major plant.
Where the base load has been reduced as far as it sensibly can, we assess heat recovery between exhaust and intake air, condenser heat recovery for process or domestic hot water, free cooling during favourable ambient conditions, and variable-speed conversion of constant-volume systems. Each option is evaluated against measured operating hours and actual load profile rather than design-day assumptions, because payback is decided by how the system runs for most of the year.
Sustainability claims are only as good as the measurement behind them. Any efficiency or recovery work we deliver is closed out with recorded operating data for the affected system, so the client holds evidence of the change rather than a modelled estimate.
