Tech Xanh delivers HVAC installation work for industrial and commercial facilities: equipment sourcing, mechanical installation of ductwork and piping, integration with the Building Management System, and close-out through testing, commissioning and balancing. The difference from a purely mechanical scope is where the work stops — a system is not finished when it runs, but when it has been measured against the specification.
Equipment selection and procurement matched to the design duty. Ductwork and pipework installation, supports and insulation. Terminal units, dampers, valves and instrumentation. Electrical and control interfaces, including BMS points, sensors and sequences. Coordination with the main contractor, electrical trade and process teams on shared routes and shutdown windows.
A large share of post-handover complaints trace back to controls that were wired correctly but never verified in operation: sensors reading a location that does not represent the space, valves and dampers whose actual travel differs from the commanded position, and sequences that respond correctly in isolation but conflict when two systems interact. We verify point-by-point that the control system observes and drives what it is supposed to.
Installation work concludes with the same deliverables as our testing scope: measured air and water quantities per terminal and circuit, control response verification, an issue register with resolution status, and a documented final condition. The operations team inherits a baseline rather than a set of drawings.
Where a project needs only part of this scope — installation without commissioning, or commissioning of another contractor's installation — we work to that boundary and state it clearly in the handover record.
