TECH XANH Engineering Co., Ltd was established with a clear objective: to deliver reliable, performance-driven engineering solutions for industrial facilities, critical environments, and technically demanding projects in Vietnam.

Built upon strong practical engineering expertise, TECH XANH is supported by a technical team with over 20 years of combined experience in HVAC systems, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), cleanroom performance verification, and industrial facility support.
From the beginning, the company has focused on specialized engineering services that bridge the gap between system installation and actual operational performance. In 2022, TECH XANH was established in Vietnam by a team of engineers and industry professionals with more than 15 years of practical experience in HVAC systems, Testing & Commissioning, and performance-driven engineering services. The founding team recognized the increasing demand for reliable, technically rigorous, and performance-focused engineering solutions that meet international standards while supporting the rapid growth of high-performance industrial and commercial facilities in Vietnam. From the beginning, TECH XANH has focused on delivering engineering integrity, system performance optimization, and long-term operational reliability — supporting clients across industrial plants, cleanrooms, commercial buildings, and mission-critical facilities.

The Team

The founding team brings more than fifteen years of combined field experience in HVAC testing, adjusting and balancing, system commissioning and cleanroom qualification, gained on pharmaceutical, electronics and industrial projects across Vietnam and the wider region.

What We Do

Tech Xanh works across four service lines: testing, adjusting and balancing of air and water systems; commissioning and re-commissioning support; cleanroom and controlled-environment verification; and energy optimisation for chiller plants and air systems. The same methodology applies on land and at sea — marine and offshore HVAC is handled by the same engineering team, to the same measured standards.

Today

Tech Xanh focuses on measured performance: every job ends with recorded data — airflow, water flow, room pressure, particle count, temperature and humidity — checked against the design criteria for each space.

Our engineers work to NEBB, SMACNA and ASHRAE methodologies, with cleanroom work carried out to ISO 14644-1:2015 and ISO 14644-3:2019 and workplace noise exposure measured against QCVN 24:2016/BYT (occupational exposure limits, not a building acoustic criterion).

Alongside testing and balancing, Tech Xanh supplies and installs HVAC equipment — chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, pumps and ventilation — and provides ongoing maintenance so systems keep performing after handover.

We hand over systems that keep performing.

A commissioned system is only useful if it still performs a year later. TECH XANH closes every project with recorded data — airflow and water flow readings, pressure differentials, control response and equipment set points — so the operations team inherits a documented baseline rather than a verbal handover. We support that baseline afterwards with periodic re-balancing, seasonal verification and troubleshooting when operating conditions change, keeping industrial plants, cleanrooms and critical facilities inside their design envelope.

Standards referenced versus certification held. The standards above describe the methodologies our work follows. They are not claims of certification. Tech Xanh is not a NEBB Certified Firm; where a project requires work under a NEBB Certified Professional, it is carried out with our Singapore-based partner and identified as such in the project record. Cleanroom testing follows ISO 14644-1:2015 and ISO 14644-3:2019; the applicable parts and the acceptance basis are stated per project. QCVN 24:2016/BYT is applied as an occupational noise exposure limit for personnel, not as a general building acoustic criterion.
